This desk was fairly easy to put together. All the pieces fit well, which was not what one review had told me to expect. I did split the wood a bit with one screw, but I assume this was user error, so I still gave it a 5. I have a child who is small for their age, and the fact that this will grow with them is awesome! It has several levels to grow with my child. It's bamboo wood it beautiful in it's natural state. It does seem sturdy, but it's durability is unknown at this point as I just recently received it. I did buy a desk topper, as one review said it stains easily. All in all, I would say this is great value, especially for the money!
